Rachel and Khoby’s spring wedding at The Bridge Building featured glamorous details and plenty of fun touches.
Ohio native Rachel and Texan Khoby met the way so many modern couples do— through Bumble! Khoby later hatched a proposal plan with Rachel’s best girlfriends. He set up a girl's night out on a restaurant rooftop, and then he surprised Rachel by showing up and getting down on one knee.
They thought Nashville would be the perfect central spot to tie the knot, and Rachel ended up finding The Bridge Building while searching through Pinterest! She told us that she “loved the vibe of the building,” and we definitely agree.
When it came to the big day, the couple just wanted to enjoy the experience. Instead of worrying about typical wedding traditions, they opted out of florals (including bouquets!) and went with donuts instead of a tiered cake.
The ceremony was held in the Cumberland Space at The Bridge Building, and it was decked out with string lights and an altar that showcased the stellar view of the river and the Music City skyline. Once the Khoby kissed his bride, guests enjoyed a chip and dip buffet while sipping on a martini or two as Infinity staff flipped the space.
Their reception featured metallic details and fun sequin linens, and guests created their own plate of tacos and found their seats. After a touching speech by Rachel’s brother, the couple shared their first dance to an early 2010s gem—“Unconditionally” by Katy Perry.
Before the newlyweds were sent off, Rachel channeled the glam queen of our hearts, Beyoncé, and gave her guests hot sauce in their wedding favor bags. The bottles said “Thanks for spicing up our special night.” So fun!
