WJ Weiser honored their past presidents and current board of directors with a bright, sophisticated corporate dinner at The Bell Tower.
It was most important to them that their company dinner was elegant and ran smoothly. And that's just how it went!
Upon arrival, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio. Comforting passed hors d'oeuvres included butternut squash bisque shooters, fried green tomatoes, ahi tuna baskets, miniature BLT sandwiches and hot chicken sliders.
As the Tasting Room opened, guests made their way inside to sample over 100 handpicked whiskey and bourbons that line its walls.
Following, guests took their seats for a plated dinner with table-side wine service. The meal began with artisan rolls and peppercorn butter alongside a parmesan kale salad. Entrées included hearty options like seared sea bass and a filet of beef served with roasted brussels sprouts and rosemary roasted new potatoes. We're salivating just talking about it!
And don't worry, we didn't forget the dessert. Paying homage to the place we call home, guests indulged in Infinity's Jack Daniel's chocolate bread pudding with an after dinner drink or two, of course!
