Shayna and Marco celebrated their marriage with a summer wedding full of bold colors and eclectic details at The Bridge Building.
This fun-loving pair met through a mutual friend while they were in high school, starting out as just friends, and the rest is history! When they finally made it official, Marco popped the question at their home right before Christmas.
Due to COVID-19, their wedding day plans got pushed back, but they held a small backyard ceremony on the original date. So for this celebration, it was important to Shayna and Marco that their day was in the heart of their city and enjoyed by all with lots of dancing!
For their ceremony, the rooftop was set with colorful paper lanterns, warm string lights, and freestanding rainbow feather arrangements at the altar. Shayna’s bridesmaids rocked matching red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple velvet dresses with personalized hand fans.
While Shayna and Marco said their vows, we added the final touches to their modern yet eclectic reception in the Cumberland space. The room was set with white linens and colorful napkins, glass vase centerpieces, Gatsby chandeliers, and preset salads.
As guests made their way to cocktail hour, they enjoyed selections of beer and wine in addition to an assortment of candied bacon, fried green tomatoes, hot chicken bites, cucumber hummus, arancini, and shrimp cocktail before enjoying a savory buffet dinner by The Bridge Building chefs.
After an upbeat wedding party entry and a show stopping dress change, Shayna and Marco danced the night away with their friends and family!
