Kristen and Vincent had a classic ceremony and reception filled with modern boho florals and neutral, white, and gold details.
After meeting at UT Knoxville as freshmen in college, these two later moved to Charlotte, NC. While driving back to visit family and friends in Nashville, they planned a full night in Knoxville to break up the drive. Little did Kristen know, Vincent had plans of his own. He proposed at a beautiful rooftop hotel, surrounded by roses with their sweet pup Henry by their side. Once they arrived in Nashville the next morning, Kristen was surprised with an engagement party full of their closest friends and family. So sweet!
When it came to choosing their venue, Kristen and Vincent loved the traditional wedding feel The Bell Tower has, as well as how close it is to Broadway.
On her big day, Kristen stunned in a modern, long sleeve mermaid gown with a deep V-neckline. Her hair was styled in a classic low bun with curls to frame her face, and she held a beautiful freeform style bouquet of white florals and greenery. And to top it off, she wore a chapel-length veil adorned with pearls.
Kristen's bridesmaids wore custom matching gowns while carrying posy versions of her bridal bouquet, while Vincent and his dapper groomsmen sported matching black tuxedos with white boutonnieres.
When it came to the design, Kristen wanted a mix of classic, modern, and boho. We have to say, we think we nailed it with the help of The Florista. The ceremony was set with mahogany Chiavari chairs and large floral arrangements lining the aisle, full of white blooms, pampas grass, and abundant greenery. A beautiful hanging floral installation was suspended above the altar, creating a stunning focal point, while The Bell Tower’s staircase was dressed in the dreamiest greenery to tie the room together.
On the patio, Kristen and Vincent achieved the perfect mix of classic, modern, and boho by setting the space with a classic white bar, a large floral arrangement, a custom neon sign, and a modern lounge area with an Insta-worthy white floral backdrop.
The reception was filled with neutral, white, and gold details. The king's table was lined with greenery garlands, dreamy taper candles in gold candlesticks, and centerpieces that repurposed the bridesmaids’ bouquets to add more depth and texture. The rest of the room was filled with round tables dressed in white linens that had a mix of classic floral centerpieces in varying heights, some with modern gold stands, and pillar candles at the center. They also chose a beautiful white facade and abundant white floral arrangements to decorate the live band’s stage.
For their first dance, Kristen and Justin chose “All Yours” by Tyler Childers. “We have both always loved Tyler and would listen to all his vinyls on our record players,” Kristen told us.
They also chose to share a final dance at the end of the night, giving them a moment to take in the venue and “look all around and reflect on the amazing night that just happened with all our favorite people.”
The happy newlyweds finished the night with a fun exit as guests lined the sidewalk and waved streamers. Scroll on to see all the beautiful details!
