Vanderbilt sweethearts Jane and Martin envisioned a romantic black tie wedding reception where guests could gather in one room to celebrate.
With most guests visiting from other cities, it was most important to the couple that they really showcase their city.
Consequently, The Bell Tower ticked all their boxes. They loved its close proximity to Broadway and the expansive, open view from the upper mezzanine. It's perfect for ensuring no big moments are missed!
Designed by Jane's high school friend, a custom monogram was incorporated into the couple's timeless, calligraphed invitation suite.
They carried that same vibe into their reception design, opting for a soft, neutral color palette of ivory and blush with creamy, voluminous florals by LMA Designs.
Elegant gold bases held flickering white candles for added ambiance, while lush greenery was scattered throughout.
Jane looked regal in a dramatic strapless sweetheart Lea Ann Belter gown from White Dresses Boutique with a darling removable bow; and we're still not over it.
Her bridesmaids also stunned in the prettiest pale pink while Martin and the guys were dapper in crisp white tuxedo jackets and bow ties. Such a stylish crew!
The day began with a sentimental ceremony at the couple's home church, West End United Methodist Church.
Following, guests made their way to The Bell Tower for cocktail hour on the side patio. Light bites including chicken salad phyllo cups, country ham biscuits, and mini brisket tacos made their rounds as guests mingled.
Afterward, the reception kicked off with Jane's grandfather, a former radio announcer, announcing the bridal party into the room with gusto. He brought so much life to their entrance!
After a champagne toast to the couple, dinner was served. Table-side wine service kept glasses full and Infinity summer favorite grilled peach salads began the meal. Entrees included herb-roasted pork loin, lemon and herb baked chicken breast, and eggplant parmesan for vegetarian guests.
Later in the evening, Burning Las Vegas brought the house down in true Music City style with a roaring dance party that was one for the books.
And for dessert, a lavish four-tiered cake by Dessert Designs by Leland made mouths water!
To wrap up, the couple left through a sparkler tunnel into their vintage getaway car from Matchless Transportation. Jane's expression totally says it all!
