A Rustic, Modern Corporate Reception

We helped Hudson Group kick off the ACI conference with a rustic, modern corporate reception at The Bridge Building.

With chic, comfortable lounge furniture from 12th Table, gold Chiavari seating from Music City Tents & Events and rustic Spanish moss suspended from the beams by LMA Designs, the evening exuded southern charm.

From the minute you walked through the doors, the overall look and feel was warm and welcoming. Every detail was thought of.

The evening began on the side patio where the tent was draped with effervescent white fabric by Quest Events for a light and airy feel.

Then guests hit the bar for Infinity's beer connoisseur package. While liquor lovers sipped the signature cocktail of the evening, The Jetsetter, made with bourbon, Aperol and sweet vermouth.

Since we never encourage drinking on an empty stomach, guests were treated to a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres. Including butternut squash bisque shooters, crispy herbed risotto balls, fried green tomatoes, teriyaki vegetable kabobs and more.

As the sun started to set over the skyline, seven Belmont University students each played an acoustic set on the riverfront. While the Patrick Murphy Band kept things lively inside.

After the performances, guests made their way inside to peruse southern-inspired dinner stations. Guests chose from a trio of salads, bourbon glazed salmon tapas, gourmet french fries, gourmet sliders, and our Tennessee Food Truck station.

To wrap up, guests were given Hudson Group Gift Bags to take home filled with Nashville-themed party favors including NASH hats and Goo Goo Clusters.
