After a midnight proposal in Scotland, Tracy and Chase couldn't wait to celebrate their love surrounded by their family and friends. These two said "I do," with a modern origami wedding at The Bridge Building.
The day began with VIP treatment for the bride and groom as well as the wedding party with a masseuse. Sign us up!
For the overall look, we transformed the venue with modern pendant lighting from Nashville Lighting & Production and greenery from Forget Me Not Designs. Charcoal velvet linens added a feeling of luxury to the space.
In honor of Tracy's cultural heritage, she made origami cranes to incorporate throughout. Not only fun and festive, cranes are full of symbolism. In Japan, red-crowned cranes as said to mate for life and live 1,000 years, making them a beautiful symbol for lasting love.
Second to spending time with friends and family, food and drinks hit the top of Tracy and Chase's priority list. The Bridge Building didn't disappoint! Their in-house catering team crafted a decadent menu. Plated dinner included a choice of grilled asparagus with butter poached halibut and parmesan risotto or with filet of beef and garlic parmesan mashed potatoes.
For dessert, Nashville Sweets made a three-tier red velvet cake along with miniature key lime pie and blueberry pie shooters. Hungry yet?
