Kevin grew up near the Wisconsin-Illinois border about 1.5 hours north of Chicago. While attending Mira Costa College in Encinitas, Calif., he found his way into the restaurant world. Ki’s Restaurant in Cardiff by the Sea, as well as the ethos they followed, laid the foundation for Kevin’s career in hospitality.

Kevin returned to the midwest to work for the Marcus Corporation at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. There, he had the opportunity to work with top hospitality professionals while cultivating his own passion in the guest experience. After 10 years, he took a break from the industry and traveled extensively throughout Central and South America. Kevin says it was an explorative time that provided countless opportunities to experience the other side of the hospitality industry, on both its most basic and extravagant levels. His passion is creating spaces where guests have the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences.
