Since Lizzy hails from the west coast and Clayton from the east, this sweet couple met in the middle and tied the knot in our very own Music City.
Lizzy wore one ring every day and placed it up above the sink when washing dishes. Clayton always told her it would fall into the drain. After she landed a big promotion, Clayton cooked her a romantic dinner. When it was time to wash up, he switched her everyday ring out for a sparkling diamond and asked her to marry him. Sigh!
Their bright romantic wedding at The Bell Tower exuded effortless elegance and was just as dreamy, if not more.
From the get-go, the overall feel of the day was ultra-romantic. Our space was transformed with sweet string lights artfully placed by Infinity's production team, luminescent draping by Quest Events and fresh florals from J. Kent Freeman Floral Design.
The day began over at the Hermitage Hotel where Lizzy and her girls prepared for the festivities.
After an adorable first look at the hotel, the wedding party made their way to The Bell Tower for a meaningful ceremony.
My favorite moment of the day was when Lizzy made her bridal entrance from the top of the mezzanine down the towering staircase. A plethora of pink and white flowers with natural overflowing greenery wrapped along the staircase railing adding an extra special touch. Such a romantic decor idea!
Afterward, guests grabbed a glass of wine or two. They noshed on light bites including classic tomato bruschetta, hot chicken sliders and bacon-wrapped scallops.
Following cocktail hour, guests perused an assortment of stations including a trio of salads, assorted grilled flatbreads and tapas for dinner.
And for dessert? Guests grabbed a slice of the prettiest four-tiered white cake with fluffy florals on top by Dulce Desserts. It was almost too sweet to eat!
At the end of the night, guests lined Korean Veterans Boulevard to send the happy couple off through a glow stick tunnel. The said their goodbyes and took off in a black Mercedes from Grand Avenue.
