A Q&A WITH MAGGIE ZUEHSOW
Maggie is a Nashville native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in leisure, sports, and tourism and a minor in tourism hospitality management.
From food services to hosting parties for children, she has always worked within the hospitality industry throughout her career. Maggie also worked in the bar industry for over 10 years, becoming the event manager at the local Tin Roof Bar in downtown Nashville.
Before she joined our team in May 2021, Maggie was one of our clients as a bride and got married at the Bell Tower! She’s always loved helping people and going out of her way to make their day, so of course we had to do the same for her.
When she’s not working, Maggie loves hiking the trails at Percy Warner Park, traveling, seeing live music, and spending time at home with her new hubby.

How long have you been a planner?
Every job I have ever had has been affiliated with the hospitality industry, so I guess you could say 14 years!
Where do you draw inspiration from?
I draw inspiration from attending other events and seeing what works and what doesn't. Social media is also a good way to find inspiration.
How do you stay on top of everything? Any organizational tips or tricks?
I like to color coordinate my calendar/tasks.
What themes or unique details have been your favorite from one of your events?
I love seeing mixed elements come into play (i.e. disco balls with greenery, hedge walls with neons)
If you could give one piece of advice to couples planning a wedding what would it be?
As a former Infinity bride, the best piece of advice I was given and I like to tell my couples is to always stick with your partner the night of your wedding. People are going to pull both of you in every direction throughout the night, but make sure you spend the time dedicated to you as a couple with each other.
What are some of the challenges you face when planning an event and how do you overcome them?
There are so many things that can happen with an event, whether it be technical issues, timeline running behind, or difficult guests, so you just have to learn to take a deep breath and adapt.
What is one of your favorite memories from one of your events?
Am I allowed to say my wedding? Haha
What’s your favorite part about your job?
I love getting to meet people from all over and being a part of this special journey in their lives!
