ALL SIGNS POINT HERE
Inspired by the latest wedding trends, we are currently crushing wedding signage! No matter your style or wedding design, signs can both be functional aspects of your big day, giving guests information and directions, as well as become part of your decor.
From welcome signs to seating charts, projected to printed, big to small, you will more than likely incorporate some form of signage into your special day. So we’ve carefully curated a few of our favorite ideas from real weddings with us!
Pro tip: As you’re scrolling for some inspo, keep your color palette and design style in mind. We recommend creating a cohesive look with the majority of your signs (matching your welcome sign to your seating chart and table numbers, for example) with one or two pops of fun, like a neon sign with your photobooth backdrop or marquee letters to serve as reception decor. Cohesive signage helps create clear communication while furthering the overall aesthetic of your day.
Take a look below at all the custom signage ideas, and don’t forget to save your favorites!
1. LED
Although this list is in no particular order, neon LED signs take the cake at any event in 2022, and we don’t see it going anywhere anytime soon. From sweet sayings to custom initials, neon signs give a personalized touch to any event and make for a perfect photo op!

3. Printed
A printed sign can be simple but oh-so-chic and customizable to your desires! With the ability to choose different colors, fonts, and backgrounds, it’s a great option to stay on trend with your wedding style and work your color palette into every aspect of your big day.

4. Mirror
Here’s to hoping this trend never runs out of style! We love the modern touch that these reflective signs give by opening the space and enhancing your design, no matter if your event is minimalist or all glam. (Not to mention it’s a great way to check on your party look throughout the night!)

5. Marquee
We’ve seen marquee signs increase in popularity over the years, and we’re not mad about it! Why not have your location in lights? Or, better yet, your name? These big, bright letters are a fun way to add a touch of personalization to your big day and create a focal point during your reception.

6. GOBO
If you really want that over-the-top look, consider a custom gobo for your big day! A gobo is essentially a stencil that can project light onto a larger surface in any design you want. You can project your names, monogram, initials, silhouette photos— you name it!—on the wall, floor, or something outdoors at your venue.

7. Wood
Wooden wedding signs are a classic way to bring in a rustic and earthy style. They are perfect for events with a garden theme, Southern flare, or natural aesthetic.
White Ink Calligraphy created a custom wood seating chart for Tammy and Jeff's garden-inspired wedding that complemented the wood table numbers. While Hannah and Taylor's custom wood sign served as the perfect photo booth backdrop.
