Brennan and Kyle said "I do" surrounded by a small group of family and friends last fall at The Bridge Building.
Brennan, a Nashvillian, met Mississippi native Kyle in Music City during a casual volleyball game. The pair started dating, and then Kyle popped the question in their home with a bundle of blooms and their beloved dogs.
When the pair started planning their big day, they decided they wanted a relaxed micro wedding filled with good food, and, above all, they wanted everyone to have a good time.
Their October wedding day began with a sweet rooftop ceremony under white drapery and glowing string lights. They wanted to keep it intimate, so they decided to forego wedding parties in order to focus on enjoying time with each of their guests.
Florals were a very important part of their decor. The couple exchanged vows in front of a wooden arch adorned with a mix of greenery and pink and burgundy blooms that was perfectly coordinated to match Brennan’s bridal bouquet of dahlias, ranunculus, and champagne roses.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a few hors d'oeuvres and relaxed during the cocktail hour until it was time for the seated dinner. The tables were set with white linens, and the tent was lit with soft purple hues.
Guests filled their stomachs with Creole shrimp and grits, mustard-glazed chicken with carrots and whipped potatoes, and a yummy ribeye with grilled asparagus and Swiss potato gratin.
Following dinner, the DJ set the tone for the rest of the night, and guests danced the night away!
